Education is one area that Maggie Fawcett has always treasured. She holds it in such high regard that she earned both her masters and bachelor's degree in higher education. As Marian Wright Edelman states "education is improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it."

Maggie graduated from Bowling Green State University with her Master's in Education in in 2003 and her Bachelor's in 2000. She continued to further her education by graduating from the Hondros College of Business obtaining her real estate license in 2004 and then her brokerage license in 2008.

Maggie is now a partner in a $850 Million producing brokerage in Toledo, Ohio. The firm has seven offices with over 300 agents under her command and continues to grow daily. Together with her partners, she helps educate, lead and motivate these agents to achieve stellar, top-notch customer service in Northwest Ohio. Maggie uses her teaching skills to help propel her agents to the next level. She often leads the pack when it comes to cutting edge technology and educational opportunities for her agents.

Maggie grew up in the Bowling Green area and is no stranger to the real estate industry. Her Grandfather was a prominent REALTOR in the Bowling Green area for nearly a half century. He, too, was a strong education advocate sharing as much real estate knowledge as he could with his young protégé. Maggie is very grateful for the knowledge and guidance that he passed on and uses his techniques to this day.

Maggie is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS, Ohio REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS and is an active member of the NOR REALTORS Political Action Committee. Maggie is actively involved in giving back to the community by Co-Chairing the Danberry Golf Outing raising funds for the Danberry Treasure Chest. The 5013c organization is designed to help families with a critically ill child. Collectively the over 25-year-old charity has accumulated more than $1.4 Million. She is also the President of the Wood County Public Library Foundation and has previously held offices in support of the Bowling Green Park & Recreation Foundation and the Bowling Green Country Club Board of Trustees. Maggie has also been an active member of the Toledo and Bowling Green Mobile Meals for the past six years.

Maggie is married to fellow REALTOR, Bryan Hartzler, and together they have a blended family of 3 beautiful daughters. They work hand in hand to raise these three young ladies in hopes of one day being successful, strong well-educated women ready to give back to the community.
